If you smell gas:
Please call SDG&E immediately. (800) 411-7343

Toilet Clog:
If you have a second toilet you can use in your unit, please leave a message with your name, address and telephone number at (858) 274-3500 x 105. Your call will be returned the next business day. If you do not have a second toilet to use, Please call our office emergency line at (858) 900-8916.

Bathroom/Kitchen sink backup:
Please leave a message with your name and telephone number at (858) 274-3500 x 105. Your call will be returned the next business day.

Bathroom/Kitchen faucet leak:
Please call our office emergency line immediately: (858) 900-8916

Locked out:
Please call a locksmith or pickup a loaner key at our office on the next business day. We do not always have access to keys after hours.

Appliances stop working (Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, etc.):
Please leave a message with your name, address, and phone number at (858) 274-3500 x 105. Your call will be returned the next business day. If your refrigerator stops cooling, please call our office emergency line at (858) 900-8916

Power outage:
Check your breakers and make sure they none of them are tripped. If none of the breakers are tripped, then please contact SDGE’s power outage line to check for area outages.  If nothing is noted, then please contact Shore Management via your online tenant portal or call (858) 900-8916.

Noise complaints:
Please call the San Diego Police non-emergency line at (619) 531-2000, report the complaint, and ask for an incident number.  After you have called the police, call our office emergency line at (858) 900-8916
